Boald Codes: La Liga Title Race, Mock Champions League Final and Others

We are neck deep in that time of the season. Some teams are in dire need of points to win the league, qualify to play on the continent or escape relegation. There are also the spoilers, who have nothing to play for.

More than ever, we need to pick our games more carefully. This is probably not a time for long tickets like toilet rolls, most of them will end up in the bin. As we always say, ours is to supply the pass, yours is to finish. It is either you are Harry Kane or you are Yaya Sanogo. As usual, we have the Bankers, the Banana Peels and the Boald Call.

BANKERS

We start from Africa, where table-topping Simba should at least play a draw against Young Africans in the Tanzanian league, 1x comes at around 1.2.

In the NPFL, Rivers United to win at home against Dakkada comes at 1.3, go for it. You could also play home win for Akwa United against struggling Sunshine Stars but that won’t come at good odds, an over 1.5 should come through there also.

Trust Manchester City not to lose at home against Chelsea. Both sides need the maximum three points, it could be cagey. A Manchester City double chance is a safe bet at 1.2.

Manchester City could win the league this weekend

Liverpool have to keep winning to push for a continental slot. Trust them to win at home against Southampton, it comes at around 1.3.

For Barcelona against Atletico Madrid, a draw will not be enough for both sides. Expect both sides to try get goals. An over 1.5 should be a safe bet at 1.3.

Dortmund vs RB Leipzig should be a goals game. Both teams need to go for it. Both to score comes at 1.5, go for it.

Bayern Munich need to wrap up the Bundesliga as soon as possible. Robert Lewandowski is back. They should win at home against Borussia Mochengladbach, it comes at around 1.3.

Juventus can’t win the league but they can’t afford to miss out of the Champions League. They should at least avoid defeat against AC Milan. 1x comes at around 1.2, go for it.

Atalanta should win at already relegated Parma. It comes at around 1.2.

BANANA PEELS

Spezia need the points to avoid relegation and have shown some intent lately, including a draw against Inter Milan. They also won the first leg against Napoli. Be careful with Spezia vs Napoli.

You are not sure of the Inter Milan you will get. They are already champions and they play against ba Sampdoria side that have virtually nothing to play for. Be careful with this tie.

Already relegated Sheffield United take on inconsistent Crystal Palace. As we saw in their last home match, Sheffield might want to go down in a high. With nothing to play for, anything can happen.

Be careful with Real Madrid against Sevilla. Sevilla are outsiders in the title race and could be spoilers for a Real Madrid side that may have yet to recover from their Champions League exit.

Real Madrid might still be wounded.

BOALD CALL

In Ligue 1, Nantes are giving their quest to escape relegation a good push. After back-to-back impressive away wins, they should win at home against fellow strugglers Bordeaux. It comes at over 2.0. If you are bold go for it.

At this point, we wish you the best of luck. Terms and conditions apply. Hold the players and managers responsible if anything goes wrong but send your tithes here if you win.

Have a green weekend.

Boald Codes: FA Cup, Copa Del Rey and Other Betting Tips

If you banked on our bankers last week you must have smiled to the bank. We were on point like decimal. That’s how stars do. We go again today, threading with caution as usual.

We have selected our bankers we believe will definitely happen, going by permutations. We have the Banana Peels – the matches you should try to avoid and the Boald Call for the bold to stake on.

BANKERS

In La Liga, Atletico Madrid are due a win, there is no better place to start than a home win against Eibar. Atletico are valued at around 1.5 for a win. Eibar are bottom of the table and have not won any of their last nine matches.

In the Copa Del Rey, Athletic Bilbao take on Barcelona. Bilbao are always tricky opponents. They defeated Barcelona in the Super Cup and lost out narrowly in last year’s final played recently. However, Barcelona should be up for this. They were in good form before losing the El Clasico last week. Barcelona should win this, it comes at around 1.6.

Messi and his teammates should be up for this

Crotone will play Udinese in Serie A. A common feature of Crotone’s matches is goals. They score in abundance and concede in abundance. Over 1.5 comes at around 1.2. You could go for more and do an over 2.5.

Still in Serie A, Lazio are in good form and have won their last four. They take on Benevento, who have just one win in nine – interestingly against Juventus. At around 1.4, Lazio should get a win. They also have a good record against Benevento.

PSG knows a win can take them to the top of Ligue 1, they should win at home against St Etienne, it comes at around 1.3.

Atalanta vs Juventus should produce goals. You can go for over 1.5 or over 2.5, or a BTS, which we are recommending. It comes at around 1.4.

Marseille vs Lorient in Ligue 1 should produce a home side double-chance. Marseille have a better home record, just as Lorient do not have a good away record. Marseille double chance is around 1.2.

BANANA PEELS

Like last week, still avoid Bayern Munich for now. They go away to Wolfsburg with lots of their top players out injured. Wolfsburg are in good form. They have lost just two of their last nine. It will be a tricky one.

Chelsea against Manchester City in the FA Cup is tricky. Chelsea are more solid defensively under Thomas Tuchel and it could be a bedrock for a cup success. A safe bet might be a Manchester City double chance as this match might not produce goals. Stay away, if you can.

Expect a keenly contested tie

BOALD CALL

Norwich are on the verge of gaining promotion back to the Premier League. They have tough opponents in fellow promotion contenders Bournemouth this weekend. Norwich are unbeaten in nine, seven wins in those. In that time, Bournemouth have lost just once, seven wins. With promotion very close, Norwich should be poised for a win. It comes at over 2.0. If you are Boald, go for it.

That’s all for today. We have supplied the assists, the finishing skills is yours.

We will always advise you to bet responsibly. Don’t stake a money that will affect you. We wish you the luck of the green.

Boald Code: Madrid and Manchester Derbies, Der Klassiker and Other Betting Tips

If you followed our tips last week, congratulations. We came through with almost all our calls. We dey feel like Nostradamus right now.

It is another week and we have carefully gone through the various matches once again. We have selected those we believe are the Bankers – that we believe will come through, the Banana Peels – the games you should avoid and the Boald Call – big odds you should play only if you are bold.

Bankers

We start from Africa where the CAF Champions League takes center stage. We are going for home wins for Al Ahly and Wydad Casablanca against AS Vita and Horoya respectively. Al Ahly are defending champions, Wydad are penultimate champions. You can always trust this top guns to get the job done at home.

In the English Championship, in-form Norwich host Luton. Norwich have won their last six and are top of the table. Go for a Norwich win at around 1.4/1.5 across platforms.

In the Premier League, West Brom vs Newcastle should be a cagey affair. An under 3.5 should be a good choice. You could also go for no goal in the first 30 minutes. Or first half under 1.5 which comes at around 1.3.

In La Liga, Real Sociedad are unbeaten in six. They host Levante at the Anoeta. Levante could be tricky customers but Real Sociedad’s form should be enough to get a win. It comes at around 1.4.

The Madrid Derby should be a cagey affair. Under 3.5 full-time or under 1.5 halftime should be good choices.

A Madrid derby with title-deciding implications

In the Bundesliga, Der Klassiker is always a game of goals. Over 2.5 should come through or go for a Bayern Munich over 1.5. At around 1.3/1.4 odds across platforms.

In the NPFL, go for home wins for Plateau United, Rivers United and Enyimba against MFM, Jigawa and Ifeanyi Ubah respectively.

In Turkey, title-chasing Besiktas host Gaziantep. Besiktas are in good form and have won their last four. Go for a Besiktas win at around 1.4.

In Ukraine first-placed Dynamo Kiev host Minaj, who are in twelfth. Dynamo Kiev are in good form, back them to win.

In Scotland, Rangers host St. Mirren. Stephen Gerard’s men have won all of their last five against St. Mirren. Go for a Rangers win.

Banana Peels

In the Premier League, there are so many banana peels.

Avoid Leicester to win away at the Amex stadium. Brighton are usually a compact side, though they struggle for goals. Leicester are injury-plagued and may be at that point where their performance level starts dropping.

Manchester City should win at home against Manchester United but you don’t know the Manchester United that will turn up. Manchester United’s likely defensive approach makes it difficult to predict. It may also not produce goals.

The Manchester derby seems tricky

Barcelona seems to be in good form but they have shown some level of inconsistency this season. They should win away at Osasuna but a goals game might be a safe option. Osasuna won at Camp Nou last season.

Boald Call

In the Bundesliga, Wolfsburg are in good form. They play away against a stuttering Hoffenheim side. Wolfsburg have won on their last two trips there. If you are bold, go for a Wolfsburg win at around 2.4.

Those are our picks for today. Don’t forget to bet responsibly.

If goes the other way, hold the clubs and the players responsible. Terms and conditions apply.

Boald Codes: Betting Tips For The Weekend

So, you have started making those plans. How you will hit it big in betting and finally buy that house in Banana Island and buy that dream car. Now, come back from dreamland, na so dream am last year. On that note, Happy New Year – this is the first Boald Codes for the year.

Winning bets has to do with sensible permutations and lots of luck. So, as we always say, lower your expectations and bet responsibly. We have made some picks to guide you as you stake this weekend. It is quite a tricky weekend with cup matches in England, never devoid of upsets. There is also the matter of COVID-19, that is forcing some teams to play without their best legs.

Banker

In Germany, third placed Bayer Leverkusen should get back to winning ways against struggling Werder Bremen. Bremen have just one win from their last eight matches. At around 1.4, 1.5, Bayer are good value for a win.

Atalanta are back in form and should win away at Benevento. Benevento are in decent form but should find the firepower of Atalanta too much. Atalanta win comes at around 1.6.

AC Milan suffered their first defeat of the season against Juventus in midweek, trust them to bounce back with a home win against Torino, who have won just one in nine matches.

In the NPFL, Katsina United should win at home against Adamawa United, who are not known to be good travellers.

Rivers United should win at home against Kwara United. Kwara got a surprise win at Plateau United in the first week but Rivers have had a very good start to the season. Trust them for a win.

In the English FA Cup, go for wins for Brentford and Manchester United at home against Middlesbrough and Watford respectively. Both teams lost out in the semifinals of the Carabao Cup but expect them to bounce back as they try to go on another good cup run. Both teams are also in good form.

Bruno Fernandes is in good form

Lille will aim to get back to winning ways when they travel to bottom placed Nimes. Nimes have just one win in ten and have not won in their last seven. Bank on Lille for an away win.

Banana Peels

The careful with the English FA Cup matches generally.

Be careful with the FA Cup matches

In the NPFL, avoid going for a MFM home win against Sunshine Stars. MFM tend to struggle at home against fellow South-Western teams.

Stoke at home against Leicester will be tricky. Rodgers tends to always rotate, and with a good league finish in their sight they may not be at their best against Stoke, who had a good run in the Carabao Cup.

Boald Call

Tenth placed Cadiz host fourteenth placed Alaves. Cadiz have gone off the boil a little after a very good start. At 2.6 for a home win against Alaves, it could be worth the risk.

Hertha Berlin have lost just once in five, they go away to Arminia Belefield, who have just two wins in ten. At around 1.8, Hertha Berlin is worth the risk for a win.

There you have it, our picks for the weekend. Blame the players in case of any hiccups. Remember to bet responsibly and pay your tithes here if you win.

BOALD CODES: Betting Tips For the Weekend

The last couple of weeks have been very interesting for punters. The betting companies have been cashing out due to the numerous inconsistent results that the season has produced. Everyday for the bookies, one day for the punter, we go again. We have carefully observed some of the fixtures this weekend and made some choices to guide you.

The Bankers

All things being equal, all this should happen this weekend.

PSG should win away at Nantes, it comes at good odds of around 1.4 across platforms. The Parisiens are without Neymar Jr but Moise Keane has come to form at the right time. He scored four in his last two matches and has Kylian Mbappe for company. Nantes on the other hand have not been impressive

Sampdoria are in good form in the Serie A, they host Genoa at the weekend. The odd is good, around 1.9 across platforms. A safe bet is a double chance at around 1.2.

Real Madrid have been dodgy but they should win at home against Huesca. A win in the El Clasico last week should spur them to a win. Around 1.4 across platforms.

Juventus have not won any of their last three Serie A matches that they have played. They are due a win away at Spezia, with Cristiano Ronaldo returning, they should win.

Napoli against Sassuolo should be a game of goals. Sassuolo are free-scoring and Napoli have also not been bad in terms of scoring. Over 2.5 is around 1.3 across platforms. Both to score is also an option.

BANANA PEELS

Try and avoid this matches.

Liverpool host West Ham on Saturday. The Reds have a defensive crisis against a resurgent West Ham. Goals game may be a safe bet.

Aston Villa have had a very good start to the season but lost 3-0 to Leeds last week. Their home tie against Southampton is a difficult one, the Saints ended Everton’s unbeaten run. Stay away from a Villa win.

AC Milan are due a bad result. They go away to a plucky Udinese side. Stay away from an AC Milan win, even though the odds look juicy.

Rennes are dealing with having to play lots of games, expect them to shuffle their team. Avoid Rennes straight win at home against Brest.

Boald Call

Atletico Bilbao to win at home against Sevilla is around 3.1 across platforms. If you are bold, go for it. Sevilla have not won any of their last three La Liga matches and have struggled for goals. Bilbao have lost three of their last four. Two teams in poor form but Bilbao are well rested while Sevilla played in midweek in the Champions League.

Both teams have struggled for goals, you could also go for a under 1.5, which is around 2.3.

Terms and conditions apply. If you win, pay your tithes in here. If you don’t win, hold the players and the clubs responsible. Don’t forget to bet responsibly.

Boald Codes: Betting Tips For The Weekend

League football is back after a week of international break. Experienced punters will know a weekend like this is not the best time to stake your house rent, except you want to make the END SARS protest grounds your permanent home. Even we are scared, hence no wheel of codes this weekend. Nevertheless, we will be making some projections for this weekend.

Lots of interesting matches to look forward to – not least the Merseyside and ilan derbies.

The Merseyside derby is on the front burner

The Bankers

In the Premier League Sheffield United and Fulham have struggled so far. Sheffield host Fulham in what looks like a must win for both sides. An over 1.5 comes at around 1.30 across platforms. Both sides will look to score goals, thereby opening up the game.

Go for goals as well in Leeds United vs Wolves. Leeds won’t and have no reason to hold back, Wolves will want to go for it. Thereby opening up the game. An over 1.5 should be a safe option.

In the Serie A, Napoli vs Atalanta should be a sure goals game. Both to score or over 2.5 should come through.

Juventus to win away at newly promoted Crotone, who are bottom of the table, come at good odds. Cristiano Ronaldo is unavailable but Juve should do enough to pick a win.

In the Bundesliga, Hoffenheimvs Borussia Dortmund should give us goals. Both to score or over 2.5 should suffice.

Generally, it is a weekend were goals is a safe bet.

Banana pills

Manchester City have a good record against Arsenal in recent seasons but this could be different. City have not had a good start and are expected to be without Kevin De Bruyne. Mikel Arteta penchant to set Arsenal up defensively against top sides also means a goals bet may not be safe.

Bayern Munich should win away at newly promoted Arminia Bielefeld, but it is a game you might want to avoid or go for a goals bet. Arminia have a good home record and international football exertions might take its toll on Bayern.

In the same vein, Real Madrid hosting newly promoted Cadiz could be a tricky game. Cadiz have made a decent start and could get something at Madrid.

Boald Call

This is for the bravest and the boldest. Newcastle home win against Manchester United is worth the risk. It comes at around 4.5 odds. If you want to be cautious, a Newcastle double chance comes at around 1.9. Manchester United looks suspect and Newcastle have the players that can trouble them.

Remember, terms and conditions apply. If you win, don’t forget to pay your tithe so that your ministry and ours can boom.
